Who's the Boss? Part 3

Our total Consciousness

Healthy logic doesn’t permit denial or lying to oneself, or repression. That’s because a healthy ego [and I use the words interchangeably ‘logic and ego’] wants much, much more for the human being than being contained by beliefs, internal or external. There are ways that things are signaled that we are being controlled – emotional pain causing pain and syndromes, mental states that require continually drugging to suppress, the ‘caught in the rut’ feeling. Hypnotherapists deal with these things.

It is my hope to see the medical associations and mental health workers using hypnosis to deal with these things. But to do so they themselves must move past unhealthy logic.

Now some are doing so, and have done so, much to the castigation of their peers still trapped by unhealthy logic. These medical and mental health people with their healthy logic can’t help but move forward because that is the healthy development of themselves. So Dr. John Sarno talked of the mind controlling pain in the body long before its grudging acceptance by a few. Gary Schwarz PhD. conducted clinical trials of the continuance of consciousness after death, energy healing, and an intelligent energy within us all – and proved it, much to the disparagement of the ‘don’t bother me with facts’ skeptics. And hypnotists have forged ahead in their development of techniques to work with the subconscious and superconscious without being from the medical or mental health associations. People like Dave Elman have shown that many airborne allergies are produced by emotion and can be eliminated, that the subconscious hears during surgery and responds. Randall Churchill has developed the use of dreams to enter the subconscious and help a person change long standing issues. And even myself. I’m exploring how far the superconscious can extend in connecting with discarnate energy. All of us have been, and are, informed skeptics. We don’t let the comfort of an unhealthy ego or logic system prevent us from the exploration.

So in conclusion to parts 1, 2 and 3 I suggest that:
· we challenge ourselves, our industries, our associations , our societies when we are told there is only one way – especially when these industries, associations and societies coerce us into that one way through fear and assurances
· we use our very own inner tools to develop our whole integrated minds and make our own choices based on healthy logic
· we become informed skeptics until we absolutely feel the time is right for that flexible, permeable logic to be accepted
· we change our balances of power, integrate and not be at the mercy of unhealthy logic.
Hypnosis can help.
